The Network SYV is Santa Ynez Valley’s premiere co-working space, and has the solution to your entrepreneurial workspace challenges! We offer a beautiful, fully equipped, versatile office, meeting and event space right in the heart of downtown Santa Ynez.
Our office “suite” boasts 1,500 sq ft, and includes 3 fully private offices, open desk spaces, large communal tables, a meeting and conference room, kitchen, and a ton of amenities and perks – most importantly super high speed and secure WiFi, a coffee and tea bar, printer, and everything you need to work, create and feel like a pro. The occasional bottle of local wine or craft beer has been known to be popped on occasion. 😉

Day Passes – $20 / day
Access to all communal area and open desks for one full day (M-F, 9-6), all perks included (coffee, printer, wifi, etc.)
Virtual Presence – $45 / mo.
Need a Santa Ynez business address? List The Network SYV as your business address, mail and package receiving + one visit/day pass* per month.
Part-time Open Desk – $100 / mo.
Up to 8 visits/day passes per month.
Full-time Open Desk – $225 / mo.
Same as above with 24/7 access.
Dedicated Private Office – $550 / month
Includes all utilities, wifi, janitorial, printer, private office with lock and storage, and may be fully furnished or not.
* Includes 20% discount on additional day passes.
